Rooted in Her is a sacred gathering created for Black, Brown and Indigenous women to lay down what we carry, reconnect with ourselves and one another, and remember the wisdom that lives within us and our lineages.
Held by a collective of BIPOC women practitioners, this intentional afternoon weaves breath, movement, sacred sound, ancestral remembrance, spiritual reflection, and ritual into a space rooted in sisterhood, cultural connection, and collective care.
Here, we honor both the woman and the collective- the stories we carry, the wisdom passed through those who came before us, and the parts of ourselves asking to be reclaimed.
You do not have to arrive to heal, release, or reveal. You are simply invited to come as you are, sis!
The Journey

RELEASE-
Making Space
Through breath, movement, and embodied practice, we create space to loosen what has become heavy and honor what the body is ready to lay down.

RECONNECTION-Remembering
Through sacred sound, stillness, and reflection, we turn inward- reconnecting with the body, spirit, inner knowing, and the wisdom that has never truly left us.

RECLAMATION- Calling Ourselves Forward
Through ancestral honoring, ritual, intention, and manifestation, we remember what belongs to us and name what we are ready to carry forward.
Space Holders
A collective of BIPOC women, each bringing her own magic, medicine, and way of holding space. Together we weave our practices, lived wisdom, and spiritual traditions into a shared offering- creating a container for remembrance, connection, reclamation, and sisterhood.
